New Book

Have you heard the news?  I am writing a new book!

Yes, after 13 years of being a group leader primarily for walkers a book is coming out that will help more people go from the couch to a 5K (3.1 miles) and continue on achieving great physical goals.

This is not your average training manual though.  You will follow Andrea’s journey to her first 5K.  Andrea is a slightly overweight, 30 year old divorced mother of twin 5 year old boys.  Her boys are Carson, who loves BMX bikes and Cooper, who loves basketball.  You will get the training schedule that she follows plus the exercise manual that has pictures of how the exercises are done.

You will get great tips on how to choose the right shoes, what to wear, trail and racing etiquette and so much more.

Once Andrea completes her first 5K, what does she do next?  There will be a second book where she continues on to 10K, then a third book for her half marathon training and continuing on to a marathon.
