We are over half way through January!

Can you believe it? We are already on the 22nd of January. This year is going to fly by. Are you ready for it? What are your plans for 2019? Each day is a brand new day. It’s a fresh 24 hours for you to start over, begin again and do whatever you want to get done.

I will be having an online training program that is launching in January. I am down to getting the videos done along with weekly emails. We are getting close. I took a much needed weekend away and now I am ready to get this stage done.

What’s next? There will be a continuing training program along with my books and training programs for 10K, half marathon and marathon. It’s going to be an awesome year!
